Born and raised in the suburbs of London, Kolabeech a.k.a. Ryan Munroe has a history in production and songwriting, remixing some of the worlds biggest artists including; Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, Amy Winehouse to name a few.
Kolabeech made his debut on Warner Music Germany, with a cover of the 90's hit by Rozalla “Everybody’s Free“ which broke into the national charts in Germany. A feature on the UK’s Love Island TV show then saw it peak at Number 12 in the official UK Shazam Chart.
A further release, the infectious song ‘Diamond Rings’, was signed by Defected Records imprint D4D4NCE & was riding high on the UK iTunes dance, also featured by Sky Sports on their ‘Soccer Am’ TV show. Diamond Rings was solely written, composed and produced by Kolabeech himself, really showcasing his creative skills.
More recently Kolabeech dropped a mesmerising house track Loco De Amor that seamlessly blends the pulse of Latin vibes with the retro essence of classic house beats and was snapped up by popular London label, Raising Records.
Kolabeech’s production outings led to an initiation from Defected Records for him to showcase his DJ skills in their basement HQ at their world famous live stream.
